Shipping & Returns
We ship to the following countries:
The EU and European non member countries including Norway, Switzerland, Lichtenstein, Iceland, the Russian Federation and the UK.
The USA and Canada.
We offer two shipping methods:
EFFECTIVE ground transport and EXPRESS air transport.
We are happy to offer EFFECTIVE ground free of charge as it is our most environmentally friendly shipping method!
EFFECTIVE ground covers all EU and European non member countries except Norway and Switzerland.
We are currently only able to offer EXPRESS air to Norway and Switzerland.
EXPRESS air is available to all countries we serve and at this time the only method available to the USA and Canada.
EXPRESS air costs will be quoted based on region during check-out. Lead times are for business days only.
We hope you will be happy with and enjoy wearing your shoes!
However, all returns and exchanges are free of charge within 14 days of the date of delivery.
After 14 days, all sales are final.

We ask that you notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return your purchase or exchange for another size subject to availability.
Your email should contain the reason for return/exchange, the order number and the SKU number found on your original confirmation email, a contact mobile number and a full pick-up address for the courier.
Customers are also requested to please fill in the returns/exchanges form enclosed with your original delivery and place inside the shoe box with the item.

Our fulfilment center will generate the necessary documents for a return/exchange which we will forward to you with the relevant courier you should schedule a pick-up or drop-off with.
Please wrap the shoe-box in protective heavy paper or place in a protective shipping envelope the same size as it was delivered in and seal it properly leaving the shipping documents separate for the courier.
Any boxes not wrapped in outer packing or placed inside an envelope will not be accepted by the courier.
The Customer accepts responsibility to scheduled the pick-up or drop-off with the indicated courier. If your return/exchange doesn’t reach us in a timely manner in 14 days from the date of delivery or within reason, your purchase will be considered a final sale.
Refunds or exchanges will be generated when the returned item reaches our fulfilment center.
We will notify you when you should expect the refunded amount or redelivery of your exchange.
